5. Pricing and Fees
All structured advisory rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable provincial sales tax (HST) unless mentioned otherwise. Estimates provided during the discovery phase are valid for 30 calendar days from presentation.
6. Cancellation Terms
Scheduled analytical sessions or interviews must be canceled or deferred at least 24 hours in advance to avoid applicable process-latency reservation fees.
7. Client Cooperation Duties
Advisory accuracy depends on authentic and complete source data provided by the client's internal managers. We accept no responsibility for errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.
8. Intellectual Property
The visual framework, layouts, logos, CSS structures, text, and operational methodologies found on this website are the property of Clarity Ledger. Clients are granted a non-transferable internal license to utilize files created explicitly for them under a signed Statement of Work.
